Cinnamon Roll Bread (baking without an oven!)

It is not a swiss roll, but a whole cinnamon swirl bread. This bread is out of this world! The cinnamon filling plus the local baking gives it a different taste and nice aroma that you'll love at first bite!
I wanted to bake in my pot. I have passion for making local things, homemade things, and bringing out the simplicity of what others thought it is difficult.
But what should i bake in the pot? This time i am not going to bake a cake. Local cake baking is very common and quite simple. And i made that several times. I would want to try other stuffs.
Okay may be i should bake a Bread? a cinnamon roll? Or a Swiss roll?
But how can i make a swiss roll in my pot? My oven tray is very large, and i don't have a large pot that'll equip the whole tray.
I have been thinking and planning for days, and finally i came up with the idea of baking a whole "cinnamon swirl bread" that looks like a "swiss roll". #bakeabread
This bread is not like the normal mini cinnamon roll, because i baked the whole roll without cutting. This make it simpler than cinnamon rolls.
Don't hesitate to try this bread recipe and the local baking method and tell me what you observe.

This bread is out of this world! If you love cinnamon roll, this bread is a good alternative, you'll fall in love with it at first bite.
- 3
Here are the ingredients for the bread.
- 4
Combine the dry ingredients together: (flour, sugar, yeast and salt).
- 5
Mix and ddd milk, egg, and butter
- 6
Mix the wet ingredients lightly
- 7
Add water. Using hand, combine all the contents into a soft dough
- 8
Rub working surface with butter. Place the dough on the surface
- 9
Knead for 5 to 6 minutes. Beat well for 5 minutes more.
- 10
The dough should be very soft after kneading; like this:
- 11
Place the dough in a bowl. Cover it (you can use a cling film to cover) and place in a warm place. Allow it to rise for 1 hour
- 12
In the mean time, combine cinnamon and sugar together in a bowl. Set aside.
- 13
This is the dough after 1 hour. It doubled or even tripled in size.
- 14
Punch it down to remove the air
- 15
Place the dough on working surface. The surface should have remaining butter greased earlier. If it looks dry, rub again with a pinch amount of butter
- 16
Roll the dough using a rolling pin
- 17
Roll it into a rectangular flat dough
- 18
Sprinkle ¼ cup cinnamon and sugar mixture on the dough
- 19
Spread the filling as evenly as possible
- 20
Start rolling with the shorter side of the rectangle
- 21
Gently and slowly
- 22
The dough will look cylindrical after rolling it completely
- 23
Grease a loaf pan with butter. Place the cylinder inside the pan. Cover and allow it to rest and rise a little, for 10-15 minutes
- 24
Egg wash the dough (crack an egg in a bowl, whisk it and brush the dough with it)
- 25
Baking time👌: In a wide pot, arrange 6 Stones in a rectangular pattern; So that it would correspond with the shape of the loaf pan. Place on heat. Cover and preheat the pot for 10 minutes.
- 26
Place the loaf pan on the stones. Cover the pot and bake for 35 to 40 minutes, on a quite low heat. Note: Make sure the pot is covered tightly, do not allow air to pass in. If the lid did not cover the pot well, cover the pot with foil paper or a piece of cloth then place the lid. This will prevent air from entering the pot.
- 27
Test it's doneness by poking a skewer. If it comes out clean, the bread have finish baking.
- 28
Take off the pan from the pot. Remove the bread and allow it to cool completely before serving.
- 29

Brown Sugar Cinnamon Rolls Made in a Bread Maker Brown Sugar Cinnamon Rolls Made in a Bread Maker
I have been wanting to eat cinnamon rolls for the first time in a while, so I made some. When you are rolling out the dough, you can roll it out as much as you want, but I'm lazy so I don't do it as much and it turns out fine. The ends aren't so pretty after cutting the dough up, so what I do is I twist the ends when rolling it so I can enjoy the ends too.(Step 6 shows the top part.)
