Cooking Instructions

Mix sugar,egg n oil very well and keep aside.

In a separate bowl,mix flour,baking powder n coconut.

Now mix all up the ingredients, add little water to dilute d mixture,keep turning in other to combine very well.

Cover the mixture and leave it to rest 4 30mnts.

Now,Heat little oil,pour some potion out of the mixture.lower d heat and cover.

When it starts bubbles, this shows that ur pancake is done.
Then remove from heat,put it inside foodflask/plate and cover. keep on frying it until u finished.Garnish with melted chocolate & Enjoy.
