Ingredients

  1. 1 packSpaghetti
  2. I large coconut
  3. 100 gsmoked fish
  4. Table spoongrounded crayfish
  5. 6medium size fresh pepper
  6. 3table spoons of groundnut oil
  7. Seasoning

Cooking Instructions

    Break spaghetti into desirable lengths in a bowl and pour boiling water, rinse out after 5 mins

    Blend/pound fresh pepper

  3. 3

    Wash smoked fish and shred with fingers

  4. 4

    Pour 3 table spoons of groundnut oil into cooking put and heat for a few seconds then pour the blended/pounded pepper. Stir fry. Leave to cool.

    Blend coconut and Sieve out milk

  6. 6

    Pour shredded fish to stir fry pepper, add other seasoning. Continue stir fry.

    Pour the coconut milk and add meat stock if available.

    Pour the hot water rinsed out spaghetti and leave to cook for Max 10 minutes

  9. 9

    Add chopped vegetable (green beans, carrots etc.) if desired.
