I was just get tired of eating tomato stew or Banga stew...so I came up with this yummy goodw
Cooking Instructions

Wash and seasoning your chicken with onion, salt,curry and thyme.

Allow to steam and add water to make stock. when soft, set aside.

Wash and shreds/cut your vegetables to desired shapes and sizes.

Place a clean pot with oil on fire. Add your diced onion.

Add your diced or roughly blended tomatoes and pepper. Stir for at least 5mins

Add your chicken and stock, stir and allow to boil. Correct your seasoning, add curry, Bayleaf, stir and cook for 5 more minutes.

Add your carrots, green beans, cover and cook for minutes.

Add your cucumber, cabbage and lastly green pepper. Cover and cook for 3 minutes and it's done!

Serve hot with boiled rice or pasta 😋😋😋. Still remain yours truly chef Emryson
