    Cut the cabbage and carrot washed and drained.

    In a sauce pan add oil and bring it to heat add cabbage and carrot stir fry for some minutes add seasoning cubes, and spices stir fry for some minutes, take off from heat and let it to cool.

  3. 3

    Take on wrapped pour the cabbage mixture and fold it in to log and fry in a hot oil till golden brown.
