With 50g sugar,50g butter, flour, milk, yeast, salt and egg, mix the ingredients and make a soft dough, cover and let it rise for an hour.

After rising,knead back and deflate, roll out and flatten to 2 inches thick, spread the remaining butter, sugar with cinnamon

Roll in tight and cut into 12pcs, arrange in a greased pan, let it rise for 30mins, pre heat the oven and bake at 180 degree for 10-15min, glaze with milk or creme cheese.
