1. Wash and put the clean turkey meat in the pot. 2. Add onions, salt, pepper, cubes, ginger, garlic, spices and cook.

3. Chop the Okro, keep aside. 4. Wash and cut the Ugwu leaf. Keep aside. 5. Add the sea foods, prawns into the pot. 6. Add grinded crayfish, allow to boil. 7. Add the chopped Okro, allow to boil for few minutes.

8. Add the Ugwu leaf and remove. 9. Serve with any swallow of your choice.
