Ingredients

  1. 4 cupsol purpose flour
  2. 1Tblspn yeast
  3. 3Tblspn margarine
  4. 1large egg
  5. Quarter cup milk
  6. 1 cupwarm water
  7. Quater cup sugar
  8. Pinchsalt

    Dafarko xaki fara xuba yeast dnki acikin bowl seki zuba 1cup of warm water da quater cup of milk da 1 egg dnki and stir very well

    Then you pour the half of d flour add quater cup of sugar da pinch of salt then you will pour the remaining of the flour

    Then you transfer the dough into a clean surface mix everything together untill it forms a dough add your butter and knead everything together your dough should be very smooth and soft if you’re using a mixer you will mix for 10mnt while if you’re using ur hand you will mix for 15mnt cover tide and keep in warm place for for 10-14min

    After rising place d dough on clean surface use rolling pin to roll and cut ur doughnuts arrange them on a tray keep it in warm place for 40-50min untill double in size

    Fry your doughnut on low heat

  6. 6

    U can glace or filled ur doughnuts wyc option of choice
