Ingredients

  1. 1whole coconut
  2. Coconut water
  3. Water +sugar(if u need sweetness)

Cooking Instructions

    Cut coconut into small chunks,add in a blender,add water +coconut water blend till smooth,sieve nd squeeze the juice,pour the juice in a pan nd bring it to a boil,let it boil for 2 mins,turn off heat and sieve again refrigerate nd use(note it becomes thick after refrigerating)

  2. 2

    You can use the pulp to make sponge coconut cake,or cookies of choice.
