    Get sundry fresh groundnut,(already seperated from shell),fry dry again in empty dry frypan,allow to cold and blend smoothly

  2. 2

    Season the fish and add water,maggi,pepper,salt,little palm oil and let cook for like 5minutes

  3. 3

    Pour in the blended groundnut stir well add little water if still needed live in fire for another 3minutes

  4. 4

    Add the ugu live to your taste allow for a minute
