Banana Bread

When I was young, my grandma used to always bake banana bread for us, and we'd eat a slice for breakfast every morning before school. Now that I'm older, I've found myself frequenting coffee shops in the morning, searching for the sweet smell of fresh baked banana bread. On most day, a slice is not difficult to find, but every once in a while, my go to spot sells out before I can reach it. For those days, I've started baking my own.Banana bread is very simple to make, and this recipe is very straightforward, though I've added my own twist by baking the bananas with sugar first to add a little caramelization and bring out the banana's aroma.Hope you enjoy!

Out of 4 loaves (all different) this one is the best. I did end up baking it for 1 hour, 20 min.

My son super loves bananas so we always have them in the pantry. To avoid wastage of over-riped bananas, I decided to make one of my favorite.

I love banana bread and I’ve been trying to hunt for the best banana bread; alas I have not been able to be satisfied, hence I made my own!

We love to eat banana and chocolate, but I always overwhelmed about rest of bananas. Color turning brown and not interesting after. But it's a gems for Baker! So to not dumped it , I have created this yummy recipe. N Everybody likes it.. 😆😆

Great way to use overripe bananas.

This is a combination of steps and ingredients from a few recipes. I put together the best fit for a great and delicious outcome.

It tasted really nice, not to sweet , not too bland. I think I'll ve making my banana brad like this for now on
