Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsflour
  2. 1/4 cupsugar or as required
  3. 1 tbspnyeast
  4. 1tspn baking powder
  5. Pinchsalt
  6. 2 tbspnpowdered milk
  7. 1egg
  8. Oil for frying
  9. Warm water

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a bowl combine all dry ingredients and mix, add the egg and mix till combined

  2. 2

    Gradually add the warm water to make the batter it should not be too watery, using a wooden spoon beat for about 2 mins.

    Cover and allow to rise, fry in hot oil till golden. enjoy!

hi, I like your recipe for Puff Puff. but I have issues with mine. it comes out crunchy though I didn't add baking powder , and after some hours it becomes hard like buns, my leftovers is worse. how can I make it soft and fluffy and what is the measurement of preservatives that I should use for 3 cups of flour. thanks alot
