I love Suzy's Zoo characters, so I decided to try making cookies of them! It's so comforting to look at Witzy!To make the orange dough for the mouth and feet, mix together the red and yellow food coloring! You just need a small amount of food coloring to color the dough, so just add a little at a time so you don't put in too much.You can do many variations, so please make your own Witzy! These are fun to make and you can use any colors you like. Alitte different than the usual sugar cookies.

So I've been trying to eat a bit better and I was looking around for something sweet but still kinda okay. I totally forgot that these amazing things existed.

I learned this recipe from my neighbour who's an excellent cook.This recipe makes a large portion, so try it with half the amount first. You don't have to use cinnamon, but it will make them more festive. She makes macaronswith leftover egg whites (Recipe: https://cookpad.wasmer.app/en/recipes/142564-german-macaroons-makronen). I used to make this [Ice box cookie] type cookies when I was a child. We'd use every bit of dough and use lots of butter. Even as a child I could always make it quite deliciously.At Step 4, mix until it becomes like the flour and butter have blended well and made a marble-like texture. I saw some parody sweets on Cookpad. I wanted to make some myself, so I came up with this recipe.It's only the ingredients that are different, and everything else is just like making gyoza. I had a lot of orange peel, and so decided to make these refreshing and delicious cookies.I wanted find a way to make cookie dough that would be easy to mold into shapes, but come out crispy as well.If you freeze the dough too much, it will break apart when slicing.
