  3. Salt
  4. Pepper
  5. Red oil
  6. Onion
  7. cubesMaggi
  8. Ugu

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Peel and cut the yam,prepare and add redoil,onion,crayfish,pepper,salt,maggi cubes and water cover and boil with a medium heat for 25minutes.stir with a wooden spoon for porriage to form well cover again.

    Boil for 5 or 10min stir again.cut and rinse ugu vegetable pound inside the porriage and stir.
