Simple spaghetti ganished with cucumber

Wash and dices tomatoes, onions, peppers

Wash, flake and debone smoked fish

Per boil the spaghetti and drain

Fry tomatoes, peppers and onions.

Add water to fried vegetables. al low to boil.

Add flaked fish, seasonings, the per boiled spaghetti and green peas.

Allow to cook for 5mins.

Add carrots and cabbage. Allow to simmer until done.

Dish it out and garnish with cucumber.
