Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 packspaghetti
  2. 1 kgbeef
  3. 10tatashe pepper
  4. 10fresh pepper
  5. 14fresh tomatoes
  6. 4bulb onion
  7. 3cooking spoon vegetable oil
  8. 1 tspred oil
  9. 4seasoning cube
  10. To tastesalt
  11. 6finger carrot/ green pea
  12. 1 tspcurry power
  13. 1 sachettomatoes paste

Cooking Instructions

    Wash your beef with warm salty water...seasoning with onion,Maggi, curry,pepper..cook for 10min

    Wash and blend your tatashe,pepper, onion, and tomatoes.. Cook till the water drys off..

    Wash and slice your carrot,onion and green pea..set aside..

    Put a dry pot on heat,pour in your vegetable oil.. Let the oil get hot..pour in your red oil together with your onion..stir for 5sec..pour your sachet tomatoes and stir for 1min..pour in blended tomatoes... Stir for 3min..pour in your meat sauce together with your sliced vegetables (carrot and green pea)... Allow to cook for 10min

    Put a pot on heat and add water to it...allow the water to boil...pour in your spaghetti and add a little salt..cook for 3min..

    Pour your spaghetti in sieve to drain out the water...put it back in the pot..add little water and salt to taste... Allow to cook till the water drys off...

    Your spaghetti and pepper stew is ready
