Rice swallow with sesame seed soup

Cooking Instructions

Wash ur rice and start cooking on a low heat

Wash all veggies meat and fish or Cray fish

Grind ur pepper tataste tomatoes and onion. Heat ur oil cut wit slice onions and saute for 30 sec add ur grinded paste, meat seasoning cube salt and allow it to cook until the water is dried then add ur grinded Cray fish and stir cook for 5mins then add water with ur fish allow to cook for 10 mins. Add ur grinded sesame seed and allow to cook for 5min on low heat. After 5mins add ur spring onions stir very well then add ur aleho and stir and cover then off ur burner ur soup is ready.

Back to the rice check if it's very soft turn it wit a pistle cover and allow to cook 4 another 10mins.After 10min turn it very well and ur tuwon shrinkage is ready. Mould into desire shapes and serve.
