I previously shared a chicken roulade recipe with you, and this time I've made a slight change. I hope you like it and that it meets your approval.
Cooking Instructions

Boil the potatoes and mash them while hot. Add milk, cheese, butter, and salt, and mix well over low heat until the cheese and butter melt, about 5 minutes. Then turn off the heat.

In a bowl, combine the ground chicken with the chopped onion, salt, black pepper, parsley, and ginger. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

On a work surface, lay out the chicken skin and place the prepared chicken mixture on it. Roll it tightly to form a roulade. Use kitchen twine (available in stores) to tie one end of the roulade, then wrap the twine around the entire roulade and tie it securely at the end to prevent it from opening. I hope you understand this step as I lost the picture.

Place the roulade in a baking dish and bake in the oven at medium heat, turning occasionally until all sides are well browned.

Place the mashed potatoes on a serving plate and arrange the roulade next to it. If you like, slice it into rounds and garnish as desired. Enjoy your meal!
