Cooking Instructions

    Pick dirts out of zobo, rinse and put in a pot, pound Ginger and clove and Add to the zobo, add water and cook for 20minutes. Put off heat and allow to cool down.

    Cut cucumber into chunks, peel pineapple and cut into chunks, pour in a blender and blend into a smoothie, sieve to extract the juice and set a side.

  3. 3

    When zobo is completely cooled, sieve, add water to extract more juice. Pour in sugar and stir, add pineapple-cucumber extract and stir. Refrigerate and serve chilled.
