  2. Olive oil
  3. Salt
  4. Black peper
  5. 3garlic cloves
  6. 1carrot
  7. 1potato
  8. 1leek
  9. 1fennel

Cooking Instructions

    Season the white fish with olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic

    Slice the carrot, onion, fennel, leek and potato.

    Place the fish with all de vegetables in a tray and wrapped with aluminum foil.

  4. 4

    Put in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius

  5. 5

    The fish will be cooked and the vegetables soft.
