Cooking Instructions

Place a pan on the stove with a layer of olive oil and the two cloves of garlic. Brown the garlic, then add the cod. Stir and let it cook for about 10 minutes.

Next, add the piquillo peppers cut into strips. Stir again and let it cook for another 10 minutes on low heat.

In another pan, heat oil and slice the potatoes very thinly. When the oil is hot, add the potatoes with salt. Fry until golden, then lower the heat to make them crispy.

Remove the potatoes from the pan and add them to the peppers and cod. Stir everything together on the stove, then remove and serve hot.
