  1. 1.1 lbsfresh cod, flaked and preferably desalted
  2. 2medium potatoes
  3. 9piquillo peppers
  4. oil and salt
  5. 2 clovesgarlic

    Place a pan on the stove with a layer of olive oil and the two cloves of garlic. Brown the garlic, then add the cod. Stir and let it cook for about 10 minutes.

    Next, add the piquillo peppers cut into strips. Stir again and let it cook for another 10 minutes on low heat.
