This recipe was inspired by a package of bright red Ground Sirloin I saw at the grocer and also by my late mothers classic meatloaf dish. The Hickory Smoked Bacon brings out the flavor of the meatloaf like no other and makes for a great display on the dinner table. Bon Appétit ☺🍴🍖🍞

Ingredients

  1. 2 poundsground sirloin
  2. 1standard package of bacon
  3. 1/2 cupHeinz Sriracha Ketchup
  4. 2 tablespoonsWorcestershire
  5. 1/2 cupItalian bread crumbs
  6. 1whole sweet yellow onion
  7. 2 clovesGarlic
  8. 1 tablespoonparsley
  9. 3 teaspoonblack pepper
  10. 2 teaspoonsea salt
  11. 1 tablespoonCajun seasoning
  12. 2eggs

Cooking Instructions

60 mins
  1. 1

    Finely dice onion and mix all ingredients.

    Form meat into a miniature football in a casserole dish then layer bacon around meat to completely cover.

  3. 3

    Bake on 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Top with Sriracha ketchup. (optional)
