Just wanted something tangy & rich in vitamin c.

Ingredients

  1. 1 handfultamarind seeds
  2. 1small fresh ginger
  3. 1tspn grounded cloves
  4. 1 handfulmint leaves
  5. Some lemon grass (optional)
  6. 2 cupssugar
  7. 1/2cucumber grated

Cooking Instructions

    Clean/wash ginger,mint leaves,lemon grass.

  2. 2

    Add everything in a pot and boil except the sugar & cucumber.

  3. 3

    Strain with some cold water, add sugar,cucumber & ice cubes if desired or cool in the fridge.

    Garnish with some mint leaves or cucumber.
