Ingredients

  1. 1big bunch ugu leaves
  2. 1small bunch water leaves
  3. fresh pepper
  4. 2cooking spoon of red oil
  5. dry fish
  6. cow tail
  7. medium onion
  8. Seasoning and salt
  9. crayfish

Cooking Instructions

    Slice the vegetables after washing


    Par-boil the cowtail and dry fish, add salt and seasoning until less stock

  2. 2

    Roughly blend the pepper and onion and add to the parboiled meat and fish and allow to boil for a minute.


    Add the sliced vegetables and crayfish then let boil for one minute

  3. 3

    Add Palm oil and taste for seasoning and leave to boil for 3 minutes. Done!
