Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 8 ozfresh crab meat or refrigerated canned crab meat
  2. 2 Tolive oil
  3. 5-6russet potatoes, peeled and chopped (about 13 oz)
  4. 1small onion, chopped
  5. 48 ozlow-sodium chicken broth
  6. 1-1/2 cfrozen corn
  7. 1/4 tspcrushed red pepper
  8. 1 Tdried basil
  9. 1/2 chalf and half
  10. 1/2 tspsalt
  11. 1/4 tsppepper
  12. chopped fresh parsley or dried oregano to garnish

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In large pot, heat oil. Add potatoes and onions. Cook until onion is tender. Add broth and simmer 20 min.

    Add remaining ingredients and cook on low 5 min. Serve with garnish if using.
