Ingredients

  1. 1/4 tspRed Pepper Flakes
  2. 2 canCanned Premium White Meat Chicken
  3. 1Large Russett Potato (Chopped into small pieces)
  4. 2Celery Stalks (Chopped)
  5. 1 cupOnion (Chopped)
  6. 3 cupChicken Broth
  7. 1 pintsLight Whipping Cream
  8. 1 canCreamed Corn
  9. 1 canMexi Corn
  10. 4 tbspOlive Oil
  11. 1 tspPaprika
  12. 1/2 tspGround Black Pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat oil in Dutch Oven

  2. 2

    Saute onion, celery, and potato until al dente

  3. 3

    Add chicken and cook until chicken is no longer pink

  4. 4

    Add red pepper flakes, paprika, and pepper and saute an additional 2 min

  5. 5

    Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil

  6. 6

    Reduce heat to low and simmer two hours.
