Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsFlour
  2. 2eggs
  3. 1/2 cupsugar
  4. 1 tablespoonbaking powder
  5. Melted butter half cup
  6. Butter for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Separate the egg whites from the egg yolk, beat the egg white until faomy keep aside, in another bowl add the egg yolk and whisk add the milk and melted butter then mix well,add the sugar

    Add flour and baking powder mix and add the egg whites fold in the batter with a spatula, grease vitumbua pan with butter then fry pancakes on low heat until golden brown

    Do the same to the rest of the batter until you are done, serve with juice or hot black tea and enjoy
