Cooking Instructions

Soak beans for 5 mins in water, put in a mortar and pound a little to remove the outer crust then wash

Blend the peppers and onions,pour in a pot of heated Palm oil and fry,add in the cry fish then the beef and it's stock,then more water,add the beans,season and cook until the beans is soft and water absorbed.
