  1. 2 cupsbeans
  2. 3large tatashe
  3. 1big onion
  4. 3pepper
  5. 1 litrevegetable oil
  6. 1Maggi
  7. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Pick and wash beans thoroughly, and soak for about 20 minutes in a clean water.

    Wash tatashe, remove the seed, then wash pepper and onion, drain water from beans and put all in the washed pepper, onion and tatashe. Blend into a smooth paste, whisk until fluffy, add egg, Maggi and salt to taste.

    Heat up oil, add onions to have a nice flavor, then using a small cooking spoon dispense the bean paste into the hot oil and fry. Scoop when it's well fried and serve hot with pap, bread other alone.
