Pick and wash beans thoroughly, and soak for about 20 minutes in a clean water.

Wash tatashe, remove the seed, then wash pepper and onion, drain water from beans and put all in the washed pepper, onion and tatashe. Blend into a smooth paste, whisk until fluffy, add egg, Maggi and salt to taste.

Heat up oil, add onions to have a nice flavor, then using a small cooking spoon dispense the bean paste into the hot oil and fry. Scoop when it's well fried and serve hot with pap, bread other alone.

#CA2025 I was making a birthday cake and needed a box of yellow cake mix. No yellow cake mix and it is pouring rain so I’m not going out. Yellow cake recipe to the rescue and it is a winner.
