Melon soup and yellow Eba

Cooking Instructions

Wash, blend pepper and onion

Wash and slice pumpkin leaf

Cut and wash ice fish

Get a clean pot place on heat

Put the ice fish inside the pot

Add 2cube Maggi and little salt. Allowed to boil for 5mins

Pour the fish in a bowl, rinse the pot place back on heat. Add palm oil allow to heat for 2mins

Add pepper, onion and stir then add the Melon stir everything together for 2 mins

Add the fish stock, crayfish, little salt and the remaining Maggi stir and allow to heat for 5min

Add the sliced pumpkin leaf allow to heat for 1min

Melon soup is ready

Boil water pour in a bowl add the garri and stir.

Melon soup can be eaten with Eba,semo,pounded yam it's so sumptuous.
