Ingredients

30 - 45 mins
  1. Egusi (melon) blended
  2. Palm oil
  3. Onions diced
  4. Fresh pepper blended
  5. Pumpkin leaves shredded
  6. cubesMaggi
  7. Fresh stock fish
  8. Crayfish grinded
  9. Yello garri
  10. Salt
  11. Water

Cooking Instructions

30 - 45 mins
  1. 1

    Boil stockfish with onions, Maggi cubes, salt and some water. When cooked set down

  2. 2

    Put little water in your cooking pot and set on heat allow to boil

  3. 3

    Mix blended melon with Palm oil

  4. 4

    With a spoon scoop the melon and add to the boiling water. Scoop by scoop. Leave to boil

  5. 5

    When all the water is dried up allow the oil to fry the melon add onions and fry together.

  6. 6

    Add stock and leave to boil for some minutes.

    Add water, crayfish, Maggi cubes, blended pepper, allow to boil

  8. 8

    Add fresh stockfish. Leave to boil

  9. 9

    Add shredded ugu/pumpkin leaves allow to boil for 2-3 mins. Set down.

    Put water in kettle and allow to boil

  11. 11

    Pour some of the boiled water in a bowl, add garri, add some more water, stir and your yellow eba is ready

  12. 12

    Dish your soup along with your eba and enjoy.
