Your way to go dish in cold weather.
Cooking Instructions

First, toss your melon in dry frying pan till it changes colour a bit. Then blend and set aside.

Season your meat with knorr and salt, then add water to the level of the content of the pot, set in fire then cook till done, you can top up water as you cook.

Next, top up the boil meat in the pot with one and half lites of water then allow to boil, at this point, add the grounded melon to the pot and cook for ten minutes.

Next, add pepper, pepper soup spices, washed and deboned dry fish then cook for another ten minutes.

Lastly add the mackerel fish, and crayfish then season with the remaining knorr cube and salt. Then cook till it thickens.

Taste and adjust if necessary then bring down
