Ogbonor soup with Eba
Cooking Instructions

Wash ur meat thoroughly, place in a pot,add onions and salt and boil on its stock.then add more water and cook till done and soft.

Once d meat is done and d stock reduced, add ur crayfish,dry pepper,knorr,Okpei and cook for abt 4-5 mins.

Min while, u would have mixed ur Ogbonor with oil and placed inside ur pot of boiling meat in other to dissolve it.

Pour d dissolved Ogbonor into d pot containing meat and other ingredients and cook for 3 mins.

Add ur Ugwu and cook for 2-3 mins.

Ur Ogbonor is ready,Serve with Eba or any swallow of choice.
