Eba and Ogbonor soup
My grandma's favourite.
Cooking Instructions

Wash and put ur beef,Stockfish and Kpomo inside a pot,add ur sliced onions,knorr cubes and salt and bring to a boil on its own stock. Afterwards add more water and Cook till done.

In a small bowl,pour in ur Ogbonor,add ur oil and mix, then place inside d boiling pot of beef.

Check to seenif ur Ogbonor has melted,bring it out and set aside.

Once d meat is done and d stock reduced, add ur Ogbonor, crayfish, dry pepper and onions and allow to cook for 3 mins.

Add ur washed Bitterleaf and taste for salt and correct accordingly.

If ur soup is too thick, add a little water.

Ur soup is ready.

Bring water to a boil, and pour in a bowl, begin to add d garri gradually and leave to sit for 5-10mins. With a wooden spatula,turn ur Garri.

Ur Eba is ready.
