Ingredients

  1. 4 cupsBeans
  2. 5Scotch bonnet
  3. 1large onion
  4. Maggi
  5. Salt
  6. Leafs
  7. Crayfish
  8. Spices
  9. Oil or palm oil or both

Cooking Instructions

    Soak beans and peel out the back,add onion and the scotch bonnet and Grind till fine paste

  2. 2

    Use a little amount of water and wash the leafs

  3. 3

    Add salt, maggi, oil, Crayfish and spices to ur beans batter and stir, boil water and pour into the batter and stir. Ur batter shouldn't be too watery nor thick

    Now fold the leaf and pour in the beans paste or batter into the leaf and arrange them into ur steamer, steam for about 25-30 mins and ur leaf moimoi is ready

  5. 5

    Can be serve with pepper and oil, pap, vegetable soup, tea etc
