Ingredients

6-7 servings
  1. 250 gButter
  2. 4-5eggs
  3. 1 tinsugar
  4. 3 tinflour
  5. 1 teaspoonBaking powder
  6. 1 teaspoonVanilla flavour
  7. Butter milk 125g (optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a mixing bowl pour in the sugar and butter mix them well until soft and fluffy (creaming).

  2. 2

    Break and add the egg one after the other..

  3. 3

    Add the same dry agents (flour, baking powder) vanilla and buttermilk.

  4. 4

    And bake at a moderate heat.
