Ingredients

  1. 1 kgtamarind
  2. 1 Lboiling water
  3. 1 Lcold/ice water
  4. 1 cupsugarcane syrup or sugar
  5. 1 tspvanilla flavor
  6. 1medium fresh ginger
  7. Fresh mint
  8. cubesIce

Cooking Instructions

    Here’s what’s needed👇

    In a clean bowl pour in your tamarind, cover and let it soak for a few hours

  3. 3

    On the other hand, in a clean pot, add in your mint leaves and grated ginger, pour in water and allow to boil

    Sieve

  5. 5

    And chill your juice while waiting for your tamarind

  6. 6

    After few hours, blend to bring out the juice

  7. 7

    Now pour in cold water

  8. 8

    Then use your hands to squeeze out remaining juice

  9. 9

    Add water

  10. 10

    Use a sieve cloth to separate the juice from it’s particles

  11. 11

    Now in a bowl or pitcher pour in your syrup

  12. 12

    Vanilla flavor

    Your chilled mint and ginger juice

    And your sieved tamarind juice, and it’s readddddyyyyyy

  15. 15

    Enjoyyyyyyyyyyyy
