Ingredients

2-3 people
  1. 1whole Tilapia fish
  2. 60 g.Tamarind
  3. 1/2 cupboiling water
  4. 50 g.Palm sugar
  5. 80 g.Sugar
  6. 10 pcs.Chili
  7. 1whole bulb garlic
  8. 3 pcs.Coriander root
  9. 2 tbsp.Vegetable oil
  10. 3 tbsp.Fish sauce
  11. 1/4 tsp.Salt
  12. 5 g.Coriander leaves
  13. 1 pc.Thinly slice long red chili
  14. 1/2 tsp.Salt

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

    Pour boiling water to tamarind squeeze and strain • blend garlic + chili + coriander root •

  2. 2

    Clean fish and dry fish with paper towel to prepare for fry • score fish both side • sprinkle salt on fish • fried fish with medium high heat approximately 5-6 mins each side

  3. 3

    Fry garlic + chili + coriander root until get aroma • add tamarind juice + palm sugar + sugar + fish sauce + salt boil and reduce • serve sauce on fish and garnish with coriander leaves and thinly slice of red chili • Done..!! 😋😋
