This is a variation of a Mexican recipe. Enjoy it with some Aperitif, salad, chili con carne, tortillas, rice, and more. It's one of my family's standard dishes.Just mix all the ingredients together and chill it in the refrigerator. Be sure to use a ripe avocado. Adding lime will give it a lovely scent. When I was in Mexico we went to a restaurant that had the greatest guacamole dip ever. This is that recipe with some additional tweaks to it to make it even tastier. I hope you enjoy.

I was getting tired of getting under-flavored, boring, or just not good guac from the store and HATE paying for special table side guac and being disappointed. This recipe is my solution.

I make fresh guacamole all the time! It is so delicious and refreshing! I like to eat it plain, with tortilla chips, with eggs in the morning breakfast or on toast!

Homemade guacamole is so delicious. Make sure when you get the avocado that the are slightly squeezable but not just giving away. Don't get the hard ones because the will be unripened.

So my hubby bought quite a few avocado's the other day and I figured it was time to try out some guacamole. You could also add some Cayenne pepper to spice this up a bit but we served it with spicy nachos so it wasnt needed.

Mashed avocado mixed with onion, pepper and seasoning. This tasty dip would be ready in 10 minutes.
