Ingredients

  1. Grinded egusi
  2. Red oil
  3. Onion,Fresh pepper
  4. Okpehe(locust beans)
  5. Knorr seasoning
  6. Salt
  7. leafBitter
  8. Fried fish

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the grinded egusi in a batter form

  2. 2

    Heat the oil a little and put onion leave it to fry a little and add your blended pepper and okpehe

  3. 3

    Add your already mixed egusi add little water, stir and cover leave it to fry very well

  4. 4

    Then add your seasoning, salt, fish and bitter leaf. You can add little water if is too thick and cook for 3mints

  5. 5

    Serve with semo, pounded yam or any swallow of your choice
