Ingredients

  1. 1000 gmFlour
  2. 150 gmSugar
  3. 100 gmButter
  4. 16 gmSalt
  5. 2 tablespoonFlavor liquid milk
  6. 16 gmYeast
  7. 500 gmWater
  8. Egg white

Cooking Instructions

    Measure all dry ingredients into a bowl and mix for a minute

    Add water gradually and mix thoroughly

  3. 3

    Mix until dough is smooth and elastic

  4. 4

    Grease the bread pan with butter then mould the dough to your desired shape and size

  5. 5

    Put dough into the greased pan, grease with egg white and cover it and allow it to rise for 2 hours depending on the weather and size of dough

  6. 6

    Heat up the oven and bake for about 30 minutes

  7. 7

    Allow to cool and enjoy it
