  1. 8 cupsflour,1 simas, teaspoon baking powder
  2. 2 tablespoonssugar, 2 eggs, half teaspoon salt

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl sift the flour,add the remaining ingredients and mix with your fingers before adding water,bit by bit. Gently make a soft smooth dough.cover and allow to sit for 10mins. Knead again and divide into equal balls. Using a rolling pin roll each ball into flat circles and add fillings of choice and cover then press with a fork.u can as well use a meat pie cutter to cut the shapes. Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.
