Hearty Udon Noodle Hot Pot
I wanted to eat a hearty udon noodle hot pot.Adjust the dashi soup according to the size of the clay pot. The residual heat is hot, so after adding the eggs, cover the pot and turn the heat off quickly. Cook your eggs to your liking, but I like it soft-set. Use any leftovers in your fridge as toppings. Roasted Chicken noodle soup
My recipe for a homemade chicken noodle soup. Perfect for a cold evening at home or when a friend or family member is just feeling under the weather. Makes a very large pot and doesn't use exact measurements but very simple and easy to change up and make your own. But instead of boiling my chicken I roasted it and got a much deeper yummier flavor.

Chicken noodle soup
This soup warms the soul! We've had some sick tummies around my house and this is the perfect light, yet filling meal. I think browning the butter before you saute the vegetables gives this soup a rich, deeper finish that makes it stand out! I cook for a very large family, you may need to half this recipe.

Western-Style Korean pancakes with Cheese and Udon Noodles
I had a lot of frozen udon noodles and so I just made this on a whim. It was so easy but really delicious! Ever since then, this has become one of my go-to recipes.I only added the radish sprouts for color, so you can leave them out if you like. You can use any other vegetables, but avoid using very watery vegetables since these pancakes are supposed to be thin and crispy. Slice any vegetables you use very thinly. If you use too many vegetables, it won't meld very well with the batter. The pancakes are great without any additions. For 1 serving (1 pancake). Recipe by Nanaiku

Instant Noodle "Cake"
Most of Indonesians have love and hate relationship with instant noodles, I think. Sure, it's comfort food, but if you eat it too much, you might get sick. Once in a while it is fine! We probably eat it once or twice a month. This is so easy. I've been making this ever since I was in elementary school.
