Whole Wheat Breakfast Waffles Whole Wheat Breakfast Waffles
Though normal waffles are really fluffy and great for a snack, for breakfast they don't really make you full enough and I'd worry about the nutritional content. So these are the waffles I make for breakfast. I use honey in place of sugar, and olive oil for the oil. They've got a nice texture, are full of nutrients, and are very filling.Since I place the bowl on a scale and weigh out all the ingredients as I go along, I listed everything in grams. Since these are for breakfast they aren't very sweet. Adjust the sugar accordingly. Recipe by Yukiline cookpad.japan -

Pfannekuchen (German Pancakes) with Homemade Apple Sauce Pfannekuchen (German Pancakes) with Homemade Apple Sauce
Pfannekuchen is German for "pancake" but they're really different than the fluffy American-style ones. They're basically big, thin crepes and are sooo delicious! I used to top mine with apple sauce and plenty of powdered sugar. In case you can't buy apple sauce or want to make your own, I included how do make it here. Besides apple sauce, some people eat these with fruit, jam, or nutella too ;) Felice -

Noom Friendly Whole Wheat Sweet Potato Muffins Noom Friendly Whole Wheat Sweet Potato Muffins
In my quest to find health foods that my kids will eat, I came up with this recipe for sweet potato muffins; I was inspired by vegetable cakes that I saw on an episode of the Great British Baking Show. The flavor really comes from the spices and it is only lightly sweet. You can add more maple syrup if you want things sweeter but I don't think it needs it.This is the recipe I used to make birthday cupcakes for one of my kids. I've included a picture of them below.92 calories / muffin Chris Jordan -
