Mix all the ingredients in a bowl

Add water to make light batter neither watery nor thick. You can add any food colour of your choice or you can make it plain

Get a water bottle cover and make a hole

Pour the batter into the bottle and cover

Heat a non stick pan, sprinkle the batter to make a net, when it is done remove it and keep aside, keep doing same way until you have finished the batter

In a pan add the chopped onions, seasoning, curry,pepper and sardine and fry for a few minutes

Put the fillings and fold

It was Christmas season and also the time for my family five-annual house renovation. We were all exhausted and famished. Yadodo Crepes
Fried yam, plantain and peppered stew is always a street food, savory and never satisfying. My mind kept going to this food and decided to give it a shot but with a gizdodo twist resembling the stuffed European Crepes which I later called Yadodo Crepes.This recipe is so filling and your Oliver Twist will not resist asking for more. The leftover after Iftar can be reheated and served at Sahur of the next day in the month of Ramadhan or packed as box lunch for kids that are not fasting to school. Yes, I love food recycling alot. This dish can be eaten outside the fasting time as well.
