Easy Meatballs in Sweet and Sour Sauce
I used to include onions in these, but when I started to focus on their softness, I ended up with this recipe. The water that you mix into the meat is pretty key in producing soft, fluffy meatballs!Using katakuriko starch powder gives the sauce a thick texture! These meatballs turn out great not only with ground pork but even with other ground meats or minced chicken. Just halve the amount of egg if you're planning on using minced chicken, because chicken naturally has more moisture to begin with. Recipe by Fumecchi

Do not throw the tuna oil too much, otherwise the dish will be too dry. Recipe by Iku..

Crispy Fried Noodles with Thick Sauce
My family loves fried noodles with thick sauce but I couldn't reach their expectation. They have always hoped to have restaurant-quality dishes at home and I finally managed to make this recipe after a lot of trial and error.Fry the noodles over high to medium heat until crispy. Don't move the noodle so often while frying to brown the surface of the noodles. I recommend using two non-stick frying pans at the same time, but if using just one, fry the noodles first, transfer onto a plate and then make the sauce to pour on top. Recipe by shoken mama

Monja Crepe
I wanted to use up leftover yakisoba sauce powder! When my child was eating a tako senbei from a tuck shop, the cabbage topping kept falling off, and it seemed very difficult to eat…User Patamama's "Sauce Senbei"inspired me to make this!Measure the ingredients properly, since you have to season the batter itself. The taste will be too strong if you make the crepe thick, so, adjust the amount of the batter depending on the size of your frying pan to make thin crepes. They are good even cold! The chikuwa and tempura crumbs give the crepes a really nice flavor.
