Cooking Instructions

Crepe: sieve your flour, add salt, curry, maggi and mix well. Add your egg and water into the flour to make your paste, not too thick and not too watery.

Pour your paste in a small or medium water bottle then make a hole in the cap of the water bottle

Rub little oil on your baking pan and pour the paste in a spiral fashion to make your crepe. Once its done you set aside and repeat the same till the paste is finish

For the fillings : wash and slice all your vegetables. Use little oil and all your seasonings and spices to stir fry it. Until its done

Pick your crepes one by one and fill with the stir fried vegetables and roll it.

Beef, hot dog and vegetable crepe
The crepe caught my mind when i first saw it on food network and the crepe was made with a crepe maker. Though i didn't have a crepe maker but i knew i could achieve it with a non stick frying pan. I make different type of crepes like beef and vegetable crepe, chicken and vegetable crepe, chocolate and vanilla cream crepe, crepe in tomatoes vegetable and i have had my friends come over to taste any new crepe recipe which they finally end up loving.

This is my second crepe recipe 😃😃, but this time I changed the sauce and also substitute melted butter with vegetable oil, also I measured the amount of water to be 50 cl (I.e half a liter of water) , I love the taste of the crepes so much 🤤🤤😋
