Ingredients

  1. 1tuber yam
  2. 2 cupsmelon
  3. 100 gugwu
  4. 400 gbeef
  5. 150 mlPalm oil
  6. 4Maggi
  7. 80 gPepper/ onion paste
  8. 2 tbspCrayfish
  9. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Peel, wash yam, cut into sizes and boil until completely soft. Put in a clean mortar and pound into a smooth paste, mold into a white nylon to keep warm and set aside.

    Wash meat, season and boil until soft, add pepper paste,water, oil, crayfish, Maggi and set to boil, add blended melon and stir, wash vegetables and slice, drain and add to the soup when it's almost done, taste for salt and cook on low heat for a minute then turn off heat.

    Serve with hot pound and enjoy.
