Cooking Instructions

    Boil yam with salt

    While yam is cooking saute onions in butter and add minced meat until well cooked and add pepper. Season it with curry, rosemary and seasoning cubes.

    Mash yam and add the sauce and form round balls

  4. 4

    Dip yam balls in eggs and fry in oil and serve your loved ones
