Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 1 Tevoo
  2. 1 lbgreen and/or yellow wax beans, trimmed and halved
  3. 1large summer squash halved lengthwise, then cut crosswise in 1/2 inch slices
  4. 2medium garlic cloves, minced
  5. 1/4 tspsalt
  6. 1/4 tspblack pepper
  7. 1/2 clow-sodium chicken or vegetable broth
  8. 1 tspdried marjoram or 2 tsp fresh chopped

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In large skillet, heat oil. Add beans, squash, garlic, salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until starts to brown.

    Add broth, cover and reduce heat to medium. Cook until beans are tender-crisp. Remove from heat and stir in marjoram.
